- • As a NeuroPsych Account Specialist, you will drive product acceptance and growth for Neurocrine Biosciences’ neuroscience-focused treatments in a defined geographic territory, directly contributing to the company’s mission of relieving suffering for people with neurological, neuroendocrine, and neuropsychiatric disorders.
- • Day to day, you will execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare providers, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including psychiatrists, neurologists, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, PharmDs, and community mental health clinics, manage promotional resources and budgets, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Marketing, Medical Science Liaisons, and Patient Access, and uphold FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices while maintaining full field presence Monday–Friday with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in specialty pharmaceutical sales, strengthen your ability to navigate complex healthcare accounts, refine your strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to product launch success while growing your professional reputation in neuropsychiatry and neurology sales within a purpose-driven, high-performance organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience
- • Master’s degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales, neuropsychiatry, neurology, or related therapeutic areas
- • Proficiency with salesforce automation platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, etc.) and strong computer skills
- • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with willingness to reside within the assigned geographic territory and maintain full field presence Monday–Friday
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build trust with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments, including FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry compliance standards

- • Annual base salary range of $123,100.00–$168,000.00
