- • As a New Account Specialist at MOO Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in the South African market by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new enterprise-level clients. Based in Cape Town, you will be part of a growing global sales team focused on driving revenue growth through strategic acquisition of Business Services accounts, helping MOO continue its mission to elevate brand experiences through exceptional print and digital solutions for businesses of all sizes.
- • Your work will directly contribute to MOO’s growth objectives by building a pipeline of qualified leads, educating prospects on the value of MOO’s premium offerings, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management, thereby strengthening long-term client relationships and market presence in the region.
- • You will spend your days researching and identifying target enterprises that align with MOO’s ideal customer profile, leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and manage sales stages effectively.
- • You will conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision-makers in marketing, procurement, and brand management roles, tailoring your outreach to highlight MOO’s unique value proposition in custom print and digital products.
- • You will deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations—both virtual and in-person—showcasing MOO’s capabilities, including specialty finishes, sustainable materials, and scalable solutions for large-scale brand campaigns.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams to develop targeted campaigns and collateral that resonate with local market needs while maintaining global brand consistency.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including needs analysis, solution design, negotiation, and contract finalization, ensuring alignment with MOO’s pricing and service standards.
- • You will partner with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless handover of new clients, providing detailed onboarding notes and strategic insights to support long-term retention and growth.
- • You will participate in regular team huddles, sales training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously refine your approach, share best practices, and stay updated on product innovations and market trends.
- • You will contribute to MOO’s inclusive and innovative culture by bringing your unique perspective to team discussions, helping shape sales strategies that are both globally informed and locally relevant in the South African context.
- • You will develop deep expertise in B2B sales consultancy, print and digital production capabilities, and enterprise-level account strategy, positioning yourself for advancement into senior sales or account leadership roles within MOO’s global organization.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by meeting or exceeding quarterly acquisition targets, building a strong foundation of Business Services clients in Africa, and helping establish MOO as a trusted partner for brands seeking to make a lasting impression through exceptional tactile and digital experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in print, marketing services, or related creative industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
- • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and maintain detailed activity records.
- • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- • Familiarity with the South African business landscape and experience selling to enterprise clients in the region is a strong advantage.
- • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Afrikaans or Xhosa are a plus but not required.
