- ⢠As a New Business Account Executive in Gartnerâs HR Practice, you will drive growth by acquiring new Large Enterprise clients through strategic, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, directly impacting Gartnerâs market expansion and revenue goals.
- ⢠Day to day, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities in your territory, engage prospects from initial outreach to close, manage complex sales cycles, forecast and plan accounts quarterly, and transition won clients to account management while maintaining quota responsibility.
- ⢠You will join a high-performing, collaborative Business Development team within Gartnerâs Global Business Services, focused on selling to CHROs and other senior leaders in organizations with $1B+ in annual revenue, operating in a meritocratic culture that values intellectual curiosity and client commitment.
- ⢠In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales expertise, master complex sales forecasting and account planning, earn industry recognition through performance-based rewards, and build a clear path for career progression into senior BD, sales leadership, or account management roles.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments
- ⢠Proven experience selling to and influencing C-Level Executives, particularly CHROs
- ⢠Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
- ⢠Strong ability to manage and forecast complex sales processes with precision
- ⢠Bachelorâs degree desired
- ⢠Willingness to travel as needed
