- • As a New Business Account Executive - Public Sector at Twilio, you will help Twilio.org develop important relationships and opportunities with influential nonprofits and social enterprises worldwide, refining customer acquisition and growth strategy while working closely with sales and finance teams.
- • Day to day, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition with a quota for net new bookings, establish deep relationships with strategic prospective customers by understanding their mission, strategy, key decision-makers, organizational structure, and technology solutions, leverage public sector expertise to build strategic programs driving social impact and territory expansion, develop and maintain pipelines of new customer opportunities, provide accurate forecasts and visibility on sales performance, partner cross-functionally with sales, services, product, and finance to develop long-range territory strategies, generate and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast using CRM/Salesforce, qualify, structure, negotiate, close, and manage strategic relationships to drive platform adoption and revenue, and expand relationships with existing key customers by uncovering expansion opportunities and driving go-to-market strategies.
