- • As a New Business Development Executive at Driven Brands Holdings Inc., you will play a critical role in expanding the market reach of Driven Claims, the company’s innovative Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for auto glass insurance, by exclusively focusing on generating and closing new business opportunities within the insurance claims sector. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s mission of delivering technology-driven, customer-centric solutions that simplify claims processing and enhance the experience for insurance carriers, auto glass shops, and policyholders.
- • You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-level decision-makers at insurance carriers and related organizations into new customers for the Driven Claims platform, leveraging a disciplined, hunter-style sales approach to build and manage a robust sales pipeline that drives revenue growth and market penetration.
- • Your day-to-day activities will include proactive outreach to C-suite and executive-level stakeholders such as CEOs, Presidents, Chief Claims Officers, and SVPs of Claims through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and industry networking to secure introductory meetings and advance opportunities through complex sales cycles.
- • You will develop and execute targeted new business strategies focused on pipeline creation, lead qualification, and conversion, presenting the value proposition of the Driven Claims software platform and integrated service model while navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making processes in large organizations.
- • You will lead contract negotiations in collaboration with the VP of Sales, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution of agreements, while maintaining rigorous activity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline visibility in the CRM system to support accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting.
- • You will continuously refine your outreach tactics based on market feedback and performance data, demonstrating resilience and discipline in a high-volume, hunter-oriented role that demands consistent follow-through and strategic persistence to achieve quota attainment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship for visa or work authorization.
- • Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience in B2B new business development, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, outbound prospecting, and building relationships with executive-level decision makers.
- • Demonstrated history of success in pure “hunter” roles focused exclusively on new business acquisition, not account management or upselling.
- • Experience selling into insurance carriers or familiarity with the auto glass industry is preferred but not required — the company is willing to train the right candidate with strong sales aptitude.
- • Proven ability to access, engage, and influence senior executives such as CEOs, Presidents, Chief Claims Officers, and SVPs of Claims in large, complex organizations.
- • Exceptional comfort and proficiency with high-volume cold calling as a primary prospecting method.
- • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored to executive audiences.
- • Self-motivated, disciplined, resilient individual with a strong work ethic and consistent follow-through on goals and commitments.
