• • The New Business Development Representative will drive attendance for live events and webinars by conducting outbound calls to independent auto repair shops across the U.S., playing a key role in growing the Automotive Training Institute’s impact on shop owners’ profitability.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, identifying decision-makers, securing attendance commitments, overcoming objections, maintaining accurate CRM records, collaborating with marketing and coaching teams, and following up with no-shows and interested leads to support post-event outreach.
• • The Automotive Training Institute (ATI) is the largest coaching and training company for independent repair shop owners in the U.S. and Canada, serving over 1,700 shops and helping members increase gross profits by nearly $3.0 billion through its programs.
• • In this role, the representative will develop sales and communication skills, gain deep industry knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, and contribute directly to revenue growth by filling high-value events with qualified prospects who can invest in ATI’s Re-engineering program.
