- • The Business Development & Relationship Manager (Fiduciary Sectors – Scotland) plays a key role in expanding Allica Bank’s presence across Scotland and the wider UK by acquiring, developing, and managing relationships with regulated professional firms, with a particular focus on the legal sector in Scotland.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and converting new business opportunities, executing data-driven business development strategies, representing the bank at industry events, managing client onboarding with AML/KYC compliance, serving as a trusted subject-matter expert on fiduciary-sector practices, collaborating with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams, capturing client feedback for product improvement, maintaining regulatory awareness, and supporting marketing initiatives with sector expertise.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in fiduciary banking, regulatory frameworks (SRA, FCA, CASS, AML), and client relationship management within financial services.
