- • As a New Business Sales Executive (internally titled Business Development Manager), you will drive growth by acquiring new beauty and wellness businesses onto the Fresha platform in Bali and Southeast Asia.
- • Day to day, you will prospect, pitch, and close deals with salons, spas, fitness studios, and wellness providers, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- • You will collaborate with the Commercial team and report directly to the General Manager, Southeast Asia, operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Fresha is the AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness, and self-care industry, trusted by 140,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals worldwide, processing over 1 billion appointments.
- • This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by expanding Fresha’s merchant base in a dynamic region, contributing to the company’s mission of powering the beauty and wellness ecosystem through technology.
- • You will develop expertise in SaaS sales, market expansion, and partner acquisition within the beauty and wellness tech space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or new business acquisition, preferably in SaaS, tech, or the beauty/wellness industry.
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals independently.
- • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, particularly Bali, and understanding of local beauty and wellness business operations.
- • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
