- • As the New Channel Development hire at Clay Labs Inc., you will own the end-to-end build-out of Clay’s consulting and advisory partnership channel from 0→1, identifying and activating global consulting firms, system integrators, and revenue advisory practices to create a repeatable, pipeline-driving engine that directly fuels enterprise growth.
- • Your work will transform strategic relationships into measurable revenue by designing partner programs, running joint GTM motions, and ensuring seamless collaboration across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams — making you the critical connective tissue between Clay’s innovation and its market impact.

- • You’ll design and launch partner engagement models, success metrics, and expansion paths from scratch, building the collateral, enablement assets, and operational frameworks that empower consulting partners to sell Clay confidently and effectively in their client conversations.
- • You’ll own the full lifecycle of partner-sourced opportunities — from initial outreach and co-selling motions to technical validation, deal execution, and post-sale handoff — ensuring consulting-led deals land smoothly and deliver measurable outcomes for end clients.
- • You’ll partner closely with GTM Engineers (Sales) and Solution Engineers during pre-sales to scope opportunities, support technical evaluations, and navigate complex deal cycles, while aligning with Growth Strategists (Customer Success) post-sale to guarantee successful implementations and long-term partner satisfaction.
- • You’ll build the operating model behind the channel: CRM hygiene, attribution logic, pipeline tracking, and handoff processes, turning successful pilots into documented, scalable programs that integrate seamlessly with Clay’s GTM ops for clean reporting and visibility.
- • You’ll create structure in ambiguity — designing decks, solution briefs, ROI frameworks, and case studies in the language of consulting partners, enabling them to articulate Clay’s value to enterprise buyers with clarity and conviction.
- • You’ll be empowered to experiment, iterate, and fail fast — supported by Clay’s unique operating principles like negative maintenance and non-attached action — and backed by access to world-class coaches who specialize in creativity, management, and personal growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8–10 years of experience working across consulting, tech, or GTM roles, with direct exposure to large consulting firms, global system integrators (GSIs), or revenue advisory practices and a deep understanding of how they operate, buy, and sell.
- • Proven track record of building GTM programs from scratch — not inheriting or optimizing existing ones — including designing engagement models, success metrics, and expansion paths for partner channels.
- • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline through partners, not just manage relationships, with experience running joint GTM motions such as co-branded workshops, proof-of-value pilots, and transformation sprints that generate measurable enterprise opportunities.
- • Strong communicator who earns trust with senior partners and internal GTM teams alike, capable of translating technical value into compelling business narratives for consulting-led client conversations.
- • Comfortable operating in ambiguity — you create structure where none exists, build assets (decks, ROI frameworks, CRM processes) from the ground up, and follow through with discipline and ownership.
