- • This is a fully remote, summer internship opportunity, expected to run from approximately May to August, offering invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- • You will gain practical exposure to critical aspects of client development, including the creation of sales proposals, the meticulous preparation of financial plans, and the seamless onboarding of new clients.
- • Immerse yourself in the world of financial planning by learning to effectively utilize MoneyGuidePro, a leading software, to construct comprehensive financial plans and compelling sales proposals.
- • Collaborate closely with our dedicated New Client Development team, gaining a deep understanding of Wealth Enhancement's unique brand identity, core messaging, and the diverse marketing channels we employ.
- • Develop your professional communication skills by shadowing experienced team members and actively participating in follow-up calls with prospective clients.
- • With direct manager and team support, you will independently conduct follow-up calls, honing your ability to engage with and convert prospects.
- • Contribute to the efficiency of our new client onboarding process by supporting the team in managing case submissions and utilizing Salesforce, our robust customer relationship management system.
- • Take ownership of tracking case submissions within Salesforce, ensuring that all tasks are executed promptly and efficiently to maintain a smooth client experience.
- • Play a key role in data entry and document uploading within Salesforce, providing essential support for the successful onboarding of new clients.
- • Gain exposure to advisor development by attending advisor coaching meetings led by growth consultants, observing strategic discussions and client engagement techniques.
