  • • The New Orders Specialist role at First American Financial Corporation is a customer-facing position focused on handling inbound calls from homeowners, agents, brokers, and title/escrow customers to support home warranty sales and service operations. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction, driving renewals and new business, and ensuring accurate contract processing within the FALCON system.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include answering inbound calls, troubleshooting customer inquiries, processing real estate applications and contractual changes (renewals, cancellations, updates), managing auto-renewal preventions, generating invoices, verifying and updating customer contact information, documenting interactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, promotions, and industry procedures.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • • 1-3 years of inbound call center sales experience
  • • Excellent customer service, oral, written communication, and listening skills
  • • Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
  • • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • • Basic math skills
