- • As a North America Channel Sales Manager at Novanta, you will drive profitable growth of Robotics and Automation products by managing and expanding channel partner relationships across assigned territories, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering precision-engineered solutions for healthcare and advanced manufacturing.
- • Day to day, you will execute channel sales strategies, develop business plans with partners, identify and onboard new distributors, conduct quarterly performance reviews, collaborate with Product and Marketing on lead generation, deliver technical presentations, manage Salesforce records, coordinate training, and negotiate contracts to optimize partner performance and exceed revenue targets.
- • Novanta is a global team of over 26 offices across The Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, united by a culture of innovation, teamwork, and empowerment, creating mission-critical components for robotics, 3D metal printing, and minimally invasive surgery that improve lives and redefine industrial possibilities.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical channel sales, master data-driven partner performance analysis, refine negotiation and presentation skills, and gain strategic influence in shaping Novanta’s go-to-market approach for high-growth automation markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • A technical bachelor’s degree is required
- • 10+ years of channel sales experience with technical products
- • Proven track record of expanding sales through Channel Partners
- • Salesforce funnel management competency
- • Excellent communication, data analysis and presentation skills
- • Motion Control and Robotic Industry experience is recommended

- • Base pay range of $135,000 to $155,000 per year, depending on geographic market
