📋 Description
- • Deliver comprehensive clinical training and education on GE HealthCare Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment to medical professionals across the US and Canada.
- • Lead pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions with potential customers to support sales objectives and ensure alignment with Sales Order Agreements (SOA).
- • Provide ongoing post-installation training and technical support throughout the product lifecycle to maximize customer utilization and satisfaction.
- • Apply in-depth product, clinical, and software knowledge to correlate theoretical concepts with real-world clinical applications, enabling optimal performance of GE HealthCare equipment.
- • Execute on-site and remote clinical education programs with a travel commitment of 90%+ (4–5 days per week), including overnight stays and weekend work.
- • Maintain accurate, consistent, and timely documentation for all training activities from pre-sale through post-training phases.
- • Proactively build and sustain customer relationships through regular engagement and communication of clinical feedback, product concerns, and improvement opportunities to Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Management teams.
- • Drive revenue realization through effective delivery of clinical education that enhances customer Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- • Utilize digital platforms and specialized software to deliver modern, interactive training solutions tailored to clinical end-users.
- • Ensure compliance with all immunization requirements including MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), hepatitis, and pass mandatory drug screening.
- • Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring independent decision-making, multi-tasking, and high stress tolerance while managing shifting priorities.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert in Nuclear Medicine modality, translating complex clinical and technical information into clear, accessible instruction for diverse audiences.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support to align training outcomes with business and customer goals.
- • Represent GE HealthCare with professional integrity, emphasizing personal and organizational accountability in all customer interactions.
