- ⢠This position is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the nursing home location, including meeting established goals and outcomes, ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance, directing and coordinating work, financial and operational stability, and demonstrating leadership.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include managing resident services by communicating effectively with residents, families, staff, and the medical community; managing risk through infection prevention, safety programs, and HIPAA compliance; managing communication and documentation by ensuring clear reporting and proper record-keeping; and overseeing financial and operational objectives in collaboration with department teams and consultants.

- ⢠Bachelorās degree strongly preferred, preferably in healthcare administration with coursework in business and human resources.
- ⢠Must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice.
- ⢠Ability to obtain any additional licenses as required by state regulations and facility needs.
