📋 Description
- • As an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Home Health Services at Riverside Health, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life through personalized therapeutic care in home and community settings.
- • Day to day, you will follow individualized plans of care established by Occupational Therapists, perform COTA procedures to restore function and relieve pain, document patient progress accurately, and participate in team training, in-services, and case conferences to support continuous learning and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
- • Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant (Required)
- • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (Required)
- • Current Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification from NBCOT (Required Upon Hire)
- • CPR/BLS Certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (Required Upon Hire)
- • Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle use for 25% or more of work time (Required)
- • One year of healthcare experience (Preferred)
