  • • Own a quota tied to net-new OEM and reseller agreements signed and activated with banks, fintechs, core banking platforms, LOS/LMS providers, and BaaS infrastructure companies.
  • • Source, qualify, and close new OEM and reseller partners aligned with Oscilar’s ideal customer profile in financial technology infrastructure.
  • • Drive commercial negotiations end-to-end, including deal structure, pricing, legal redlines, and contract close for non-standard agreements such as OEM, resell, rev-share, and platform fee models.
  • • Work alongside the Partnerships Manager to convert warm pipeline opportunities into signed commercial agreements with speed and precision.
  • • Engage and influence partner-side decision makers including C-suite, product, legal, and commercial leads to drive urgency and secure commitments.
  • • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-priority target partners within your assigned territory.
  • • Maintain accurate and reliable pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, with consistent forecasting and deal stage updates.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Deal Desk teams to structure OEM agreements covering commercials, SLAs, and technical scope.
  • • Represent Oscilar at partner meetings, industry events, and executive briefings to build credibility and advance partnership opportunities.
  • • Feed market and deal insights back to the Partnerships and GTM teams to refine ICP targeting, sales playbooks, and partnership strategies.
  • • Operate as a hunter in a new business role — you are responsible for building the pipeline from scratch, not managing an existing book of business.
  • • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with long timelines and multiple internal approvals.
  • • Demonstrate commercial instincts to identify high-potential partners and accelerate deal velocity without relying on inbound leads.
  • • Contribute to shaping Oscilar’s partnerships motion in a high-growth environment where your work directly impacts revenue and market expansion.
  • • Ensure all partner interactions reflect Oscilar’s mission to make the digital world safer through AI-powered risk decisioning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–7 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS with a strong track record of net-new logo acquisition
  • • Experience selling into or through financial technology companies — banks, fintechs, core banking providers, or adjacent infrastructure platforms
  • • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles
  • • Comfortable structuring non-standard commercial agreements — OEM, resell, rev-share, platform fee models
  • • Hunger to build: you thrive in environments where the pipeline is not handed to you
  • • Proficiency with Salesforce; organized, data-driven approach to pipeline management
