- • As an OEM Sales Manager at Arctic Wolf Networks, you will play a strategic role in growing the company’s OEM customer relationships and driving revenue through new customer acquisition, renewals, and upsells in a high-growth cybersecurity leader recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, and Gartner.
- • Day to day, you will meet and exceed renewal and churn goals, track and forecast key sales metrics weekly, prospect for new OEM opportunities, manage custom contracting and negotiate outbound OEM agreements, and foster strong working relationships between Arctic Wolf and its OEM customers.
- • You will join a global Pack of problem-solvers dedicated to ending cyber risk through innovation like the Aurora Platform, working in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values diversity and has been repeatedly recognized as a Top Workplace and Great Place to Work across multiple countries.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in OEM sales strategy, security technology solutions, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams, while advancing your career in a company committed to employee growth, equity, and community impact through initiatives like Pledge 1%.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years minimum of OEM sales and customer management experience including custom contract negotiation
- • Comfort with Security topics including vulnerability management, network security, security operations, threat intelligence and others
- • Experience with Salesforce
- • Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with both customers and colleagues at all levels
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Skilled in selling techniques within a proven sales process framework
