- • The Office Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and overall administrative functions at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., acting as a trusted partner to leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth digital financial platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing critical correspondence, maintaining organized filing systems, scheduling meetings and travel for senior leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, monitoring deadlines and action items, drafting memos and reports, managing office supplies and vendor relations, and supporting special projects with strategic administrative input.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in office administration or executive support, preferably in fast-paced corporate or startup environments

- • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and confident in handling senior leadership matters
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools
- • Highly discreet and capable of handling confidential information with integrity
