• • This part-time OfficeX Junior role (30 hours/week) at TheFork in Barcelona is essential to maintaining a welcoming, well-organized, and vibrant office environment that supports employee experience and operational efficiency.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reception and visitor inquiries, ensuring meeting rooms, common areas, and kitchens are tidy and stocked, coordinating with suppliers and building services for maintenance and cleaning, supporting internal events and wellbeing initiatives, assisting with employee travel and office logistics between Barcelona and other TheFork locations, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and handling light administrative tasks such as budget tracking, contact list updates, and sustainability initiatives.
