  • This internship offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of commercial development, working closely with the Commercial Director to structure, animate, and pilot strategic and operational actions.
  • Your primary objective will be to support the commercial teams in achieving their performance goals through well-defined strategies and effective execution.
  • You will collaborate hand-in-hand with the Commercial Director and several sales managers, focusing on key areas such as governance, performance tracking, reporting, sales challenges, and conversion strategies.
  • This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of commercial operations within a dynamic tech company.
  • Beyond strategic support, you will also have a significant operational responsibility, directly managing a portion of the commercial activity for a major event: La Fête de la Gastronomie (The Gastronomy Festival).
  • Your involvement in this event will be crucial for its success, requiring you to drive restaurant participation and ensure a seamless experience for partners.
  • **Key Mission 1: Commercial Animation & Governance**
  • Participate actively in animating commercial performance through established rituals, regular reporting, and the development of insightful dashboards.
  • Assist in structuring and meticulously tracking the team's objectives, including quotas and pipeline management, ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Contribute to the implementation and ongoing monitoring of engaging commercial challenges designed to motivate the sales team and drive results.
  • **Key Mission 2: Strategy & Operational Follow-up**
  • Analyze commercial performance data to identify key growth levers and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of results and formulate concrete, actionable recommendations for the commercial strategy.
  • Prepare compelling internal presentation materials for business reviews, committee meetings, and other strategic discussions.
  • Participate in the structuring of action plans and diligently follow up on their execution to ensure objectives are met.
  • **Key Mission 3: Client Acquisition & Prospect Conversion (Sales Mission)**
  • Take direct charge of signing contracts with clients eager to participate in our signature event, La Fête de la Gastronomie.
  • Your core objective in this mission is to achieve massive restaurant enrollment for the event, significantly expanding its reach and impact.
  • You will be responsible for converting prospects into partners, effectively communicating the value proposition of participating in the event.
  • Manage your sales pipeline diligently, focusing on closing deals and achieving your targets.
  • Ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the process, providing support, follow-up, and reassurance to build strong relationships.
  • You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor, directly overseeing two freelancers to maximize the delivery of objectives for the event.
  • The overarching goal for you in this role is to develop into an excellent salesperson, capable of driving performance and effectively leading a small team.
  • **Overall Contributions:**
  • Identify and leverage growth opportunities based on commercial performance data.
  • Structure and effectively pilot both commercial and operational initiatives.
  • Develop and present polished internal reports and presentation materials.
  • Drive significant client and prospect conversion for a major food industry event.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
