📋 Description
- • Configure SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO integrations end-to-end, leading technical coordination with third-party vendors.
- • Set up SCIM 2.0 provisioning and implement group-based Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within Okta.
- • Create and synchronize target groups utilizing the internal IAM portal.
- • Deploy Okta application configurations (including SAML/OIDC apps, group patterns, and SCIM) via Terraform within a shared Infrastructure as Code (IaC) repository.
- • Manage ongoing daily access operations, including provisioning/deprovisioning lifecycles and URI/attribute modifications.
- • Author, present, and execute Change Advisory Board (CAB) tickets for all production-level modifications.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of dedicated Okta administration experience within a corporate IT or enterprise environment.
- • Deep, practical configuration experience with SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols (not just conceptual familiarity).
- • Proven comfort managing a high-volume ticket queue and balancing multiple concurrent integration projects seamlessly.
- • Exceptional communication skills: A proven ability to translate complex IAM architecture into simple, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders without frustration.
- • Solid experience operating within a structured CAB / change management framework.
- • Ownership: A customer-focused approach to closing tasks and an unwillingness to let an integration stall out.
