📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design of Montu’s onboarding journey from the moment an offer is accepted to the day a new hire feels fully ramped and culturally integrated. You will map every touchpoint—emails, guides, first-week plans, welcome packs, virtual and in-person sessions—so that each step feels clear, warm, and unmistakably Montu.
• Craft compelling, on-brand content that turns complex information into simple, friendly communication. Whether it’s a 200-word welcome email or a 10-page playbook, your words will set the tone for belonging and excitement, ensuring new joiners understand our mission, products, and the life-changing impact of cannabis-based medicines.
• Partner deeply with People, Talent, and Hiring Managers to personalise each onboarding path without losing consistency. You’ll run discovery interviews, synthesise feedback, and co-create role-specific milestones so that every team member—clinical, tech, or operations—feels seen and supported.
• Design and facilitate engaging orientation sessions that blend storytelling, interactive exercises, and product deep-dives. You’ll balance virtual delivery for remote colleagues with energising in-person experiences at our Winnersh HQ, always measuring engagement and knowledge retention to iterate quickly.
• Champion the new joiner’s voice across the business. You’ll run post-onboarding surveys, lead focus groups, and present insights to senior leadership, advocating for clarity, belonging, and connection at every step. Your data-driven recommendations will directly influence People policies, tooling, and manager training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and L&D to ensure the human experience never gets lost in logistics. While others handle laptops, accounts, and compliance training, you will weave these practicalities into a seamless narrative so that day-one feels magical, not mechanical.
• Build scalable systems and templates that keep the experience personal even as Montu grows. You’ll create content libraries, automated email sequences, and feedback loops that allow the programme to flex from 10 to 100 new hires per quarter without sacrificing warmth or accuracy.
• Continuously experiment, measure, and refine. A/B test subject lines, pilot micro-learning moments, or introduce a buddy-program Slack bot—whatever drives higher NPS and faster time-to-productivity. You’ll share wins and failures openly, modelling the growth mindset we expect every Montonian to embrace.
• Represent Montu externally by speaking at HR and healthcare meetups, writing blog posts, and contributing to industry best-practice guides. Your thought leadership will position Montu as an employer that invests as much in its people as it does in patient outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing onboarding, employee-experience, or internal-communications programmes in a fast-growing, mission-driven organisation
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—able to distil complex medical and tech concepts into concise, inspiring content
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple onboarding cycles simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a personal touch
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Growth mindset with a track record of using data, feedback, and experimentation to iterate and improve experiences continuously
