đź“‹ Description
- • As an Onboarding Manager at Archy Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming how dental practices adopt and succeed with cutting-edge practice management software, directly enabling dentists to focus on patient care while Archy handles the technical and operational complexities of running their business.
- • You will partner with dental practices immediately after the sales handoff to own the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring seamless implementation, comprehensive training, and long-term success through personalized support and strategic guidance.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include deeply understanding each dental practice’s unique business goals and clinical workflows to tailor the Archy implementation for maximum impact and long-term adoption.
- • You will provide hands-on support during account setup, addressing both dental-specific operational questions (e.g., scheduling, billing, patient records) and general technical inquiries to ensure smooth configuration and data migration.
- • You will guide practices through integrating Archy with essential third-party systems such as dental imaging software (X-ray and panoramic machines), e-prescribe platforms, and automated text messaging services, ensuring interoperability and minimal disruption to daily operations.
- • You will conduct live, interactive virtual training sessions for dental practice staff—including dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams—to demonstrate Archy’s features, answer real-time questions, and build confidence in using the platform effectively.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to align onboarding timelines with contractual commitments, ensuring timely completion that supports monthly revenue recognition and customer satisfaction goals.
- • You will proactively monitor onboarding progress to guarantee each practice completes implementation within the target timeframe, reducing churn risk and setting the foundation for long-term platform success and expansion opportunities.
- • You will work cross-functionally with Archy’s product, engineering, and support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues, particularly around data migration accuracy, and contribute to refining internal processes based on field feedback.
- • You will investigate and troubleshoot potential data integrity issues post-migration by collaborating with practices and technical teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, ensuring trust in the system from day one.
- • You will continuously improve the onboarding experience by updating internal playbooks, creating external training materials, and documenting best practices derived from real-world implementations to scale efficiency and consistency across the team.
- • You will develop deep expertise in dental practice operations and SaaS onboarding strategies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who can influence product evolution and customer success initiatives.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape Archy’s customer onboarding framework at a critical growth stage, directly impacting customer retention, satisfaction, and referral potential in a niche but high-impact healthcare technology market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in the healthcare industry, with preference for direct experience in the dental sector to understand practice workflows, pain points, and regulatory nuances.
- • Proven experience in the SaaS industry, ideally within healthcare or dental technology, demonstrating familiarity with subscription-based models, customer lifecycle management, and technical product adoption.
- • Demonstrated ability to engage with high-level stakeholders such as dental practice owners and office managers, coupled with strong business acumen to uncover needs, articulate value propositions, and influence decision-making.
- • Track record of successfully guiding customers through complex technical onboarding processes, including system configuration, data migration, and user training, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and relationship building.
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear explanation of technical concepts to non-technical audiences and fostering trust-based relationships with diverse practice teams.
- • Foundational technical aptitude to troubleshoot common user issues, such as browser compatibility, hardware connectivity (e.g., scanners, printers), and peripheral device configuration, without requiring deep engineering expertise.
- • Strong personal accountability, meticulous organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary combined with equity participation, offering long-term financial upside tied to Archy’s growth and success in the dental technology market.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your well-being and that of your dependents.
- • Access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan, helping you build financial security for the future.
- • Flexible vacation policy that empowers you to manage your time off in a way that supports work-life balance and personal well-being.
