  • • As an Onboarding Program Manager at Semperis Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transition of new customers from deal close through deployment and adoption, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success in the cybersecurity space. Your work will operationalize the onboarding journey, enabling Customer Success teams to focus on strategic advisory while you drive execution excellence across all customer tiers.
  • • You will manage end-to-end onboarding programs for Tier 0–Tier 3 customers, coordinating cross-functional efforts between Sales, Customer Success, Technical Delivery, Product, and Support teams to ensure timely milestone delivery, risk mitigation, and consistent process adherence from contract signing to full deployment.
  • • You will own the Sales-to-Customer Success handover process, validating the completeness of customer inputs—including stakeholder mapping, account structure, deployment scope, technical prerequisites, and integration requirements—while maintaining standardized templates and documentation to ensure no critical information is lost during transition.
  • • You will maintain hygiene in Salesforce and the Customer Success platform, track onboarding milestones, manage collaboration workspaces (Teams, SharePoint), and ensure all onboarding documentation is version-controlled, centrally stored, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
  • • You will coordinate and facilitate key onboarding meetings and workshops, including deployment sessions, upgrade planning, SIEM integrations, and Forest Recovery Test coordination, documenting outcomes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through across teams.
  • • You will support Customer Success Managers by managing scheduling, tracking adoption-readiness checkpoints, maintaining onboarding dashboards and success plans, and flagging risks or delays that could impact customer health or time-to-value.
  • • You will drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to standardize onboarding workflows across customer segments, refining templates and milestone frameworks, and embedding adoption checkpoints to increase consistency, scalability, and efficiency of the onboarding experience.
  • • You will manage customer health check workflows and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives, collecting insights, consolidating feedback for leadership, and coordinating surveys and reporting to inform continuous improvement in the onboarding and post-onboarding experience.
  • • You will own the maintenance and version control of onboarding playbooks and technical documentation, including hardening guides, customer questionnaires, environment validation checklists, SIEM integration prerequisites, and deployment/recovery testing materials, ensuring they remain accurate, structured, and up to date.

  • • You will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS onboarding, cross-functional project coordination, and cybersecurity-specific deployment processes (including Active Directory, Entra ID, and SIEM environments), positioning yourself for advancement in program management, customer success operations, or technical delivery leadership within a high-growth, purpose-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–3 years of experience in onboarding coordination, project management, or similar roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Delivery, Product, and Support
  • • Strong skills in milestone tracking, risk management, dependency coordination, and maintaining structured project plans with status reporting
  • • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with experience maintaining documentation, playbooks, and version-controlled assets
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for coordinating workshops, facilitating handoffs, and reporting status to stakeholders
  • • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration and CRM platforms
  • • A structured, process-oriented mindset with a focus on consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement in operational workflows
