📋 Description
- • As an Onboarding Specialist at Dialpad, you are the first line of defense and product expert, supporting customer onboarding and technical implementations to ensure successful adoption of AI-powered communications solutions.
- • You will facilitate onboarding deployments, host training sessions for end-users and admins, provide detailed product walkthroughs, resolve customer issues through discovery and replication, and act as the escalation point for onboarding-related challenges.
- • You will join Dialpad’s Professional Services team, which works closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to improve product deployment and change management, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding in a hybrid role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS onboarding, VOIP solutions, and AI-driven customer enablement while developing strong consultative communication and problem-solving skills in a high-impact, AI-native environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Software Implementation, or Account Management
- • At least 1 year of experience configuring, updating, and supporting VOIP solutions
- • Excellent English communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- • Ability to work independently, be organized and detail-oriented, and work US core hours on-camera in a technically enabled remote workspace
- • Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers and excellent internet connectivity required
