- • As an Onboarding Success Specialist at Steer Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in launching and supporting a digital experience offering for automotive repair shop customers, ensuring they achieve value from day one through seamless onboarding and implementation of Steer’s CRM and scheduling tools.
- • You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for multiple products, including initial outreach, requirements gathering, setup coordination, configuration of customer-facing templates, implementation of scheduling and CRM tools, training, troubleshooting, and guiding customers from free trial to paid conversion.
- • You will join a growing, collaborative onboarding team at Steer, a leader in the automotive repair software industry that recently acquired AutoOps to enhance its scheduling capabilities, and work closely with integration, CRM, and scheduling specialists to deliver a high-touch, seamless customer experience.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS onboarding, customer success, and technical implementation within the automotive technology space, while owning key metrics like Time to Live and Time to Onboarding Complete, and contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or implementation support, ideally in a SaaS or digital tools environment
- • Experience managing a client-facing product or tool on behalf of customers, such as configuring, launching, or supporting a templated platform, dashboard, or embedded experience
- • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through
- • Proactive, resourceful, and ownership-driven approach—anticipating needs and taking initiative
- • Experience with KPIs including Time to Live and Time to Onboarding Complete
- • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- • Experience onboarding and training on multiple products or modules
