- • As an Online Hotel Reservationist at Destination Knot Inc., you will play a vital role in creating seamless and memorable travel experiences by connecting clients to ideal hotels, resorts, and accommodations worldwide, ensuring every booking reflects our commitment to exceptional service and personalized planning.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting clients with hotel and resort bookings through online platforms, researching and recommending lodging options based on destination, budget, and preferences, processing reservations and modifications accurately, maintaining organized booking records, and communicating professionally with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and chat.
- • You will join a fully remote team dedicated to delivering high-quality travel experiences, where collaboration and attention to detail ensure client satisfaction from inquiry to confirmation, supported by a culture that values hospitality, initiative, and service excellence.
