📋 Description

• • The Operational Audit Consultant II plays a key role in supporting the execution of operational audits within Allstate’s modern, Agile-based internal audit function, helping protect families and their belongings by strengthening business processes across Sales & Distribution, Allstate Canada, and Investments.
• • Day to day, the person will participate in developing risk hypotheses, apply audit logic to emerging tools like generative AI, communicate findings to team leads, draft audit findings using standard templates, coordinate walkthroughs with subject matter experts, analyze structured data sets for control weaknesses, draft testing procedures, independently perform control testing, manage evidence collection, and support Agile execution by tracking progress and updating documentation.
• • The Audit Consultant II works within a collaborative, innovative internal audit team at Allstate, a company with over 90 years of experience in protecting customers through advancements in pricing, telematics, and device and identity protection, operating in a fast-paced, sprint-based environment.
• • In this role, the person can grow their audit expertise, leverage data and automation including AI to enhance audit effectiveness, develop skills in Agile methodologies, and gain experience delivering insights that improve risk management and internal controls across diverse business units.
