- • The Operational Compliance Consultant II ensures field agencies, brokers, and sales partners comply with state and federal insurance laws, carrier requirements, and internal standards, playing a critical role in protecting consumers and maintaining regulatory integrity in life and health insurance distribution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting and applying insurance regulations, investigating and resolving complaints from carriers, state DOI, and CMS, translating regulatory changes into actionable guidance for field agencies, and partnering with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Training teams to implement corrective actions and improve compliance processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in insurance compliance, regulatory affairs, operational risk, or agency oversight
- • Experience working with or supporting field agencies, brokers, or distributed sales organizations
- • Familiarity with life and/or health insurance distribution models
- • Ability to interpret and apply state and federal insurance regulations (including DOI and CMS guidance)
- • Strong skills in complaint investigation, root-cause analysis, and drafting regulator-ready responses
- • Experience translating regulatory requirements into compliance requirements, job aids, and operational guidance
