  • • In your day-to-day responsibilities as an Operations Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for both employers and employees, diligently resolving their inquiries via Intercom, which includes email and chat support. Your approach will be characterized by speed, clarity, and a genuine sense of care, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will be tasked with troubleshooting a wide range of issues that may arise across platform usage, benefits administration, and payroll processes. This involves taking full ownership of problems from initial report to final resolution, and knowing when and how to escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance. A crucial aspect of your role will be to actively identify recurring patterns and trends within customer support queries. These insights will be invaluable and will be fed back to our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive product enhancements, refine documentation, and optimize internal processes. You will collaborate closely with these cross-functional teams to tackle intricate issues, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to problem-solving and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Furthermore, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our self-service resources. This includes contributing to our public-facing help center and our internal knowledge base, making it easier for users to find answers independently and ensuring that your colleagues have access to the most up-to-date information to support our customers effectively.
  • • A significant and integral part of your role will involve supporting our compliance operations. This includes conducting Know Your Business (KYB) checks, performing customer screening, and monitoring transactions. You will be guided by established playbooks and receive support from experienced professionals in these specialized areas, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. This dual focus on customer experience and compliance operations provides a comprehensive and dynamic work environment, allowing you to develop a broad skill set within the fintech space.
