• • The Operations Analyst at Array Behavioral Care plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that enhance service delivery, optimize staffing, and support scalable growth across the nation’s leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing end-to-end workflows to identify bottlenecks, building forecasting and workforce planning models, creating dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and partnering with growth and clinical teams to align operational capacity with demand.
