• • As the primary point person for Entity Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring all our corporate entities maintain "Good Standing" across the United States and Canada. This includes independently managing all required reports, filings, and responding to state-specific requests, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
• • You will play a crucial role in Protecting the Brand by actively monitoring our intellectual property landscape. This involves identifying potential infringements and taking proactive measures, including drafting and initiating cease-and-desist workflows to safeguard our brand assets.
• • Serve as the first line of defense for complex consumer escalations. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations to pinpoint root causes, proposing strategic solutions to mitigate issues, and spearheading the development and delivery of compliance training initiatives to enhance the knowledge and practices of our entire workforce.
• • Drive Product and Process Improvements by meticulously reviewing our products and operational processes for compliance adherence and potential risks.
