- • Own the first impression: You will be the very first voice a dental office hears when they discover Teero. Through outbound calls, warm hand-offs, and video demos, you will walk office managers and owners through our platform, show them how we solve their daily staffing headaches, and get them genuinely excited about partnering with us.
- • Master the onboarding journey: Once a practice says “yes,” you will shepherd them from signed contract to first successful shift. This means scheduling kickoff calls, setting up their profiles, training their teams on the app, and troubleshooting any early hiccups so that every new customer experiences a flawless launch.
- • Run customer operations end-to-end: Beyond onboarding, you will monitor daily bookings, match hygienists to open shifts, and keep both sides happy when last-minute changes pop up. You will own the in-app chat, phone line, and email queue, turning reactive tickets into proactive process improvements.
- • Turn wins into playbooks: Every time you find a tactic that increases a practice’s usage—whether it’s a clever reminder cadence or a new incentive—you will document it, test it across other accounts, and hand the best version to Engineering so it can be automated at scale. Your fingerprints will be on every SOP the company uses.
- • Optimize the engine: You will dive into dashboards to spot bottlenecks—maybe cancellations spike on Fridays or rural offices need extra nudging—and then design experiments to fix them. Expect to run A/B tests on messaging, pricing tweaks, and referral campaigns, always measuring impact in dollars and smiles.
- • Scale with the business: As we open new metro areas, you will help localize launch plans, train new teammates, and build checklists that let us replicate Austin-level success in Dallas, Phoenix, or Boston. Your role will evolve every quarter, and top performers will have a clear runway to Operations Manager within 12–18 months.
- • Champion the customer voice: You will sit in on product sprints, sharing field insights that shape roadmap priorities. When hygienists ask for faster payouts or offices beg for weekend support, you will quantify the pain and advocate for solutions that keep our Net Promoter Score above 70.
- • Live our culture: We are an in-person team in Austin because rapid iteration happens fastest when we can spin around and whiteboard a fix. You will join daily stand-ups, weekly retros, and monthly “dental day” shadowing visits where we sit chair-side to understand our users’ reality.
- • Celebrate the wins: Whether it’s ringing the gong when a new city hits 100 active shifts or grabbing tacos after smashing a weekly KPI, you will be part of a team that measures obsessively and celebrates loudly. Your success stories will be retold in all-hands meetings and investor updates.
