- • As Operations Business Director Germany, you will lead the operational end-to-end responsibility for Germany, roadsurfer’s largest and most revenue-generating market, ensuring stable, efficient, and scalable operations across stations, fleet, and repair & maintenance processes.
- • Your day-to-day includes managing station operations and fleet availability, owning key operational KPIs such as vehicle uptime, repair costs, pickup/return productivity, and service quality metrics (e.g., NPS/SQS), driving corrective actions for deviations, and maintaining transparent communication on risks and blockers.
- • You will work within a matrix organization, collaborating closely with central teams in Commercial, Pricing, Finance & Controlling, and leading the operational management structure (e.g., Regional Managers) to establish clear responsibilities, decision-making paths, and a performance-driven culture across locations.
- • The role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in operational leadership within a decentralized, asset-intensive business model, drive process standardization and continuous improvement along the customer journey, and contribute to scalable growth in a fast-moving, innovative company with a strong team spirit and employee-focused culture.

- • Several years of experience in a highly operational leadership role in a decentralized environment
- • Proven responsibility for operational KPIs, budgets, and cost control
- • Experience in operations, fleet, or asset-adjacent business models
- • Leadership experience across multiple locations
- • Strong numerical and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- • High implementation ability, clarity in execution, and a hands-on mentality
- • Excellent communication skills in a matrix organization
- • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and to headquarters in Munich/Frankfurt
