- • As an Operations Center Analyst at Availity, you will play a critical role in supporting the identification, classification, and remediation of client and system issues that impact daily healthcare operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across a platform connecting over 2 million providers and processing 13 billion transactions annually.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and triaging reported issues, investigating solutions, assigning ownership, tracking progress, generating reporting metrics, completing complex configuration tasks for new customer use cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Implementation, Infrastructure, and Operations to maintain consistent service levels.
- • You will join Availity’s Service Continuity Group, a high-performance, collaborative team within a pioneering healthcare technology company headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, with a global remote workforce dedicated to improving patient care by solving communication challenges in the healthcare ecosystem.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare IT operations, gain exposure to enterprise-wide systems and processes, strengthen your problem-solving and project coordination skills, and position yourself for future advancement by learning about diverse areas of Availity’s products and services through cross-team collaboration.
