- • Execute end-to-end customer service contract loading into all applicable systems, including additions, deletions, and modifications to existing contracts, ensuring alignment with field communications and pre-submission verification.
- • Ensure timely and accurate billing for both contract and non-contract services across all customer accounts.
- • Manage and complete all work within Legacy and Support Central systems, handling multi-vendor and core GE product-based service offerings.
- • Maintain accuracy of the install database by supporting field teams and external customers via phone and email to resolve data discrepancies and update records.
- • Serve as a key liaison between Service Sales, Field Service, Service Marketing, and Commercial Solutions teams to resolve technical and process-related invoicing and contract administration issues.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines and service commitments are met.
- • Provide direct support for the timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with Service Sales and Field Service teams.
- • Maintain strict compliance with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Goals, and all applicable U.S. and international laws and regulations.
- • Complete all required Quality & Compliance training within designated deadlines and proactively identify and report any quality or compliance concerns, taking immediate corrective action.
- • Ensure full adherence to Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies, including HIPAA Guidelines and NEMA Regulations, to prevent violations of company policy or local/international law.
- • Ensure adherence to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policies, including GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, to maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- • Own the quality and integrity of contract entry, ensuring all configurations are accurate, properly documented, and tied to verified customer inputs.
- • Drive continuous improvement of related processes, work instructions, and procedures to standardize and simplify operations within the Quality Management System.
- • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced use of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and contract tracking.
- • Communicate effectively in the local language to support internal teams and external customers with clarity and professionalism.
- • Maintain a strong focus on customer care and satisfaction, ensuring all interactions reflect GE HealthCare’s commitment to service excellence.
- • Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in all contract and billing activities.
