This agency is at the forefront of creating high-impact, large-scale User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns for prominent consumer products and innovative tech startups. With a focus on performance marketing, the agency excels at producing a substantial volume of unique content, often generating hundreds of distinct video pieces within a single campaign to drive conversions and turn viewers into buyers. - • As an Operations Coordinator for UGC Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to provide crucial support to 3-5 UGC Engineers. You will be instrumental in the execution and optimization of large-scale TikTok campaigns, operating at the critical intersection of creative quality assurance, meticulous campaign coordination, in-depth research, and robust operational documentation. Your day-to-day will involve ensuring that creator-submitted content is thoroughly reviewed, systematically organized, and accurately tracked. Furthermore, you will conduct vital competitive research to identify trends and insights that will directly contribute to enhancing campaign performance and content strategy. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills, a foundational understanding of creative principles, and the ability to excel in a high-output, fast-paced setting. This is not a passive administrative function; you will actively contribute to maintaining the high quality of our campaigns and refining our operational processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass several key areas:
- • Creative Feedback and Upload Review: You will meticulously review creator video submissions, evaluating them for completeness and adherence to basic production quality standards. This includes providing clear, constructive, and concise feedback on essential elements such as framing, lighting, audio clarity, and on-screen presentation. You will be responsible for flagging any missing deliverables or quality concerns to the UGC Engineers, ensuring that all campaign assets meet our internal quality benchmarks before proceeding to the next stage of the campaign.
- • Competitive Analysis and Research: A significant part of your role will involve conducting thorough research on competitor advertisements and creators relevant to upcoming campaigns. Your objective will be to identify emerging trends, effective hooks, successful messaging patterns, and creative formats that are currently demonstrating strong performance in the market. You will then organize these findings into structured competitive analysis trackers, enabling the team to extract actionable insights that will inform and shape future content direction and strategy.
- • Tracking and Documentation Management: You will be tasked with uploading campaign assets into our designated tracking systems and ensuring all materials are systematically organized. Maintaining and updating the competitive analysis trackers with clean, consistent labeling is crucial for accessibility. You will also ensure that all campaign documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily referenceable, keeping our internal systems organized so that UGC Engineers can quickly grasp campaign context and access necessary information.
- • Following an initial ramp-up period, your responsibilities may expand to include:
- • Creator Onboarding and Support: Assisting with the initial onboarding processes for new creators, including conducting interviews and gathering necessary information.
- • Payment and Payroll Coordination: Supporting the organization of creator payment information and contributing to payroll coordination efforts.
- • Creator Research and Outreach: Conducting targeted creator research and initiating outreach based on specific campaign requirements.
- • Reporting Setup: Helping to set up campaign performance reports using our internal tools and AI platforms, providing valuable data for analysis and optimization.
