- • As Operations Director (Creative/Advertising) at Oliver Technologies, you will play a crucial role in bridging technical teams, new business, and support to deliver business objectives, leading efforts in new client pitches, setups, process analysis, and technology solution implementation.
- • Day to day, you will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, translate client needs into workflows for tech teams, evaluate and improve existing processes, design solutions aligned with business strategy, lead client pitches and onboarding, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, analyze data to support decision-making, and create reports and presentations for new solutions.
