📋 Description
- • As Operations Director (Creative/Advertising) at Oliver Technologies, you will play a crucial role in bridging technical teams, new business, and support to deliver business objectives, leading efforts in new client pitches, setups, process analysis, and technology solution implementation.
- • Day to day, you will gather and analyse business requirements for new client accounts, translate client needs into workflows for client and tech teams, evaluate and improve existing processes for efficiency and cost reduction, collaborate with tech and business teams to design strategic solutions, lead new client pitches and onboarding, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, analyse data to support decision-making, and create reports and presentations for new solutions.
