- • Lead release readiness across Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to ensure frontline operational teams are prepared and confident for every system change.
- • Execute the per-release readiness cadence including release demos, impact assessments, readiness checklists, sign-offs, and provide go/no-go input.
- • Own end-to-end change communications for impacted operational teams, determining channel, format, timing, and audience targeting for maximum clarity and adoption.
- • Field and route frontline questions during release windows to the appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs) and track each inquiry to closure.
- • Monitor post-release stabilization by tracking defects, exception spikes, and frontline pain points; escalate critical issues and drive resolution.
- • Close the loop on release insights by documenting feedback, routing actionable items to Product and Operational Excellence teams, and confirming implementation.
- • Partner with the Content & Curriculum Specialist to align training curriculum and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with release scope and timelines.
- • Maintain and continuously improve readiness artifacts including the release calendar, readiness trackers, communication templates, and feedback logs.
- • Measure release readiness outcomes using metrics such as training completion rates, post-release escalations, and feedback-to-resolution time; report findings to leadership.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and operational leaders to ensure seamless release delivery.
- • Utilize collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, and Teams to manage workflows and maintain transparency across teams.
- • Apply an analytical mindset to interpret readiness data and feedback themes, using insights to refine and improve the release readiness process.
- • Demonstrate operational rigor by understanding frontline execution, controls, and risk considerations in high-stakes B2B payment and invoicing systems.
- • Influence without direct authority to align stakeholders across departments and ensure timely execution of readiness activities.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent workstreams without compromising deadlines or quality.
- • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset by iterating on the readiness process itself based on post-release learnings and team feedback.
- • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals and evolving operational needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years in operations enablement, release management, change management, or business operations within a technology-enabled environment
- • Strong program coordination and change management skills with ability to orchestrate readiness across multiple stakeholders and tight release cycles
- • Excellent communication skills — clear, structured, audience-appropriate; comfortable authoring release communications and fielding live questions
- • Operational rigor — understands frontline execution, controls, and risk considerations in B2B payment systems
- • Comfortable with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack/Teams)
- • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
