- • Perform project setup and maintenance activities to support operational finance workflows.
- • Assist in maintaining corporate data standards for the Project Finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- • Support ERP system data integrity by reconciling data feeds across systems and resolving exceptions in staging tables.
- • Perform manual data inputs related to customers, projects, and employees within the ERP system.
- • Assist with maintaining resource assignments and timekeeping administration, ensuring all time submissions are approved promptly.
- • Analyze operational project data to extract and interpret relevant financial metrics for internal reporting.
- • Generate and distribute internal reports directly from the ERP system to support management decision-making.
- • Support monthly invoicing and billing events by creating billing entries and preparing supporting documentation.
- • Provide ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as requested by management or project teams.
- • Assist with audit-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system errors and improve data accuracy across platforms.
- • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to organize, manipulate, and present complex financial data meaningfully.
- • Leverage proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite to support daily operational and reporting tasks.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- • Communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including project teams, managers, and finance stakeholders.
- • Work independently and as part of matrixed teams in a collaborative, global environment.
- • Apply sound business judgment to make timely recommendations and decisions based on financial data.
- • Contribute to process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort in finance operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field
- • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an operational or project finance role
- • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite and Certinia preferred)
- • Experience in process automation is preferred
- • Background in Clinical Research is preferred
