📋 Description

• • The Operations Manager at Included VC Africa will lead the operational backbone of the Fellowship, ensuring seamless execution across applications, programme design, Fellow experience, and Fellowship delivery, directly contributing to the mission of building a diverse investor ecosystem across Africa.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning and evolving operational infrastructure by identifying and implementing AI tools, automations, and smart workflows; leading the application process including screening and interviewing; managing coordination, communications, and follow-through to ensure high standards; coordinating with the Founder/CEO; building relationships with founders, investors, and sponsors; designing experimental offerings; and serving as the primary point of contact for Fellows.
• • Included VC Africa is a lean, high-impact team operating as part of a global initiative founded in 2019 to increase diversity in venture capital, with a localized focus on Africa’s early-stage investment ecosystem, supporting underrepresented talent through a fully-funded Fellowship that has already graduated 200+ Fellows from 150+ nationalities.
• • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in operational excellence within mission-driven organizations, gain hands-on experience scaling programmes in emerging markets, build leadership capabilities toward an Operations Director path, and master the use of automation and AI to enhance programme quality and efficiency while making a tangible impact on Fellows’ careers and the broader investment landscape.
