• • In this dynamic position, you will be the linchpin for operational efficiency, supporting Research Associate Supervisors, Study Supervisors, and Study Directors. Your primary responsibility will be the comprehensive scheduling of all tasks mandated by study protocols, alongside managing other departmental needs. This includes the critical task of creating daily employee work schedules, carefully aligning study timelines, departmental requirements, and individual employee availability to optimize resource allocation and productivity.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve acting as a crucial liaison between various departments. You will proactively coordinate logistical challenges that arise from the timing and collection of study-required tasks, ensuring that interdepartmental dependencies are managed effectively and that the overall study flow remains uninterrupted. This collaborative approach is essential for maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency that Altasciences upholds.
• • You will also play a significant part in the evaluation and planning of departmental and site-level resources. • • Verification and posting of all generated schedules will be a core duty, ensuring accuracy and clear communication to all involved parties.
