- • As an Operations Solutions UAT Specialist at CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM), a leading national retail mortgage lender renowned for its rapid growth and exceptional company culture, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and successful deployment of technological advancements across our operations.
- • You will serve as the critical bridge between our dynamic technology teams, diverse internal business stakeholders, and essential third-party vendors, particularly during the crucial testing phases of new software implementations and updates.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance, meticulously identifying and resolving any issues that arise to guarantee that deployed solutions not only meet but exceed business requirements and user expectations.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to testing, requiring you to develop comprehensive test plans tailored to specific technical updates, ensuring full alignment with overarching project objectives and strategic goals.
- • You will be instrumental in crafting detailed test cases that cover a wide spectrum of scenarios, meticulously validating the functionality and performance of systems before they go live.
- • A key deliverable will be the preparation of thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Forms, which will encapsulate your findings, including a clear summary of testing results, any identified issues, and actionable recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
- • You will be entrusted with the responsibility of completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), demonstrating efficiency and a commitment to timely delivery.
- • The meticulous identification, documentation, and tracking of defects, issues, and enhancement requests will be managed using industry-standard tools like JIRA, ensuring a transparent and organized workflow.
- • You will actively collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders and cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships to gather essential feedback and ensure that the implemented systems precisely align with both intricate business requirements and the practical needs of end-users.
- • Providing regular, clear, and concise status updates to project managers and key stakeholders will be a core function, keeping everyone informed about testing progress, key outcomes, and any potential roadblocks.
- • Active participation in meetings with cross-functional teams is expected, contributing to the alignment of project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- • You will be tasked with assessing the impact of proposed system changes and subsequently creating clear, concise communications to inform the wider company about these updates.
- • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating closely with the training department to develop and refine company announcements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and updated workflows, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
- • You will have opportunities to demonstrate system updates and communicate changes effectively during calls, presenting findings and actively participating in meetings as required.
- • Post-deployment, you will validate the successful implementation of changes in the production environment, ensuring stability and functionality.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with various operations departments to proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
