📋 Description

• • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Vietnam’s light-industrial workforce, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing hundreds of warehouse associates, pickers, packers, and forklift drivers every month to keep global supply chains humming.
• • Act as the primary bridge between Traba’s Territory Operations Team and the on-demand worker community, translating real-time client demand into precisely matched shifts while maintaining 95 %+ fill rates and sub-15-minute response times.
• • Execute a disciplined, high-volume outbound calling strategy—often 100+ calls per day—across multiple time zones (GMT+7 through GMT-8) to confirm availability, verify credentials, and lock in last-minute coverage for same-day and next-day shifts.
• • Leverage Traba’s AI-driven matching engine, location monitoring, and predictive algorithms to surface the best-fit candidates, then layer on your human judgment to ensure every placement meets safety, skill, and client-culture requirements.
• • Coordinate complex interview logistics between candidates and site managers, juggling calendars, transportation options, and language preferences while delivering a white-glove experience that turns first-time workers into loyal Traba advocates.
• • Provide rapid, constructive feedback loops to both workers and Territory Ops, flagging no-shows, performance trends, and client scorecards so the platform continuously learns and improves shift quality.
• • Master repetitive yet mission-critical tasks—ID verification, background-check uploads, onboarding checklists, and shift reminders—with unwavering consistency, knowing that a single missed checkbox can shut down an entire warehouse line.
