- • The Operations Supervisor – Analysis & Program Processing leads a hybrid team of analysts and application processors supporting CLEAResult’s commercial energy efficiency programs, ensuring efficient and accurate processing workflows while driving data analysis for program performance tracking and decision-making.
- • Day to day, the role involves supervising and coaching a team, designing and optimizing operational workflows, overseeing daily processing tasks for timely and compliant application review, leading analysis functions including KPI tracking and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, providing performance feedback, supporting staff development, coordinating with the Operations Manager on resource planning, creating training materials and SOPs, championing process improvement through automation and analytics, overseeing client reporting, and presenting data analysis to clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8 years’ experience
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred - Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Energy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- • Strong balance of technical, analytical, and people management skills
- • Ability to supervise and coach a team of analysts and processing staff
- • Experience designing, documenting, and optimizing operational workflows for application processing
- • Proficiency in tracking KPIs, generating insights, and supporting reporting for internal and external stakeholders
