• • We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Operations Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading people, continuously improving processes, and driving tangible business results. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our dental billing operations, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring outstanding service delivery to a portfolio of approximately 35–40 valued clients.
• • As an Operations Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead, mentor, and hold your team accountable for achieving ambitious performance goals. This includes a strong emphasis on key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining the highest standards of quality in our services, and fostering exceptional client retention rates. You will be instrumental in developing your team members, providing them with the guidance, support, and feedback necessary to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the operations department.
• • You will be the primary owner of the client experience for your assigned portfolio. This involves cultivating and driving clear, consistent, and proactive communication with clients. You will lead regular, high-quality business reviews, ensuring clients understand the value Wisdom provides and identifying opportunities for further collaboration. Furthermore, you will be responsible for resolving any client issues or concerns swiftly, thoughtfully, and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and strengthening our partnerships.
