- • The Operations Team Lead - Mobile & RON (Signer's Choice) role at Stewart Title Guaranty Company is critical to delivering nationwide title, closing, settlement, and appraisal solutions for mortgage lenders, ensuring compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state appraisal laws while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- • Day to day, the role involves supporting real estate transactions through high-level customer service, managing employees engaged in client management, developing departmental policies and procedures focused on service quality, recommending process improvements, coordinating team efforts, analyzing data to solve complex problems, providing subject matter guidance, and acting as a work coordinator without direct supervisory authority.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience in title, closing, settlement, or real estate services
