• • As an Operations Team Lead for Heat Pump Installation at Enpalbv, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless and efficient preparation of our customer projects. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage the pre-installation phase, ensuring that every detail is addressed and every requirement is met before our installation teams arrive on-site.
• • You will act as the central point of contact for all preparatory aspects of heat pump installations, maintaining a keen overview of all open tasks and proactively identifying potential roadblocks. Your ability to prioritize effectively will be crucial in ensuring that all tasks are completed in a structured, organized, and high-quality manner, setting the stage for successful project execution.
• • A significant part of your role will involve coordinating and overseeing specialized preparatory topics. This includes managing complex logistical challenges such as the disposal of old oil tanks, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and coordinating necessary electrical modifications.
