📋 Description
- • The Operations Technology Coordinator will coordinate the definition and implementation of new and ongoing technology efforts to drive growth, service, quality, and cost improvements across the operations team at AnewHealth, a leading pharmacy care management company serving over 100,000 people across all 50 states.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining Ops-IT project priorities, running reports to monitor KPIs, developing requirements for IT projects, collaborating with COE and IT teams to build and deploy process solutions, managing user acceptance technicians/RPh, and creating project charters and deployment data to support team understanding and solution prioritization.
- • AnewHealth, formed in 2023 from the combination of ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, provides comprehensive pharmacy services, pharmacy benefit management, and specialized support for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, with over 1,400 team members dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
